Factors that Influence Learning There are 2 factors that influence learning, namely internal factors and external factors.Internal factorsare factors that exist within the individual who is learning, being external factorsare factors that exist outside the individual. Internal factors include: physical factors and psychological factors. Factor Physical factors include health factors and physical disabilities, while psychological factors include intelligence, attention, interests, talents, motives, maturity and fatigue. External actors who influence learning include family factors, school factors, and community factors. Family factors can include the way parents educate, relationships between family members, home atmosphere, family economy, parental understanding, and cultural background. schools that influence learning include teaching methods, curriculum, relationships circumstances Factor teachers and students, relations between students, school discipline, lessons and school time, lesson standards, building conditions, learning methods, and homework assignments. Community factors can include student activities in society, friends they associate with, forms of life in society, and mass media. The factors that influence learning into 3 types, namely: 1)Internal factors, which includes the physical and spiritual condition of students 2)external factorswhich are environmental conditions around students 3)learning approach factorswhich is a type of student learning effort that includes strategies and methods used by students to carry out activities to study lesson materials. Judging from the learning approach factors, there are 3 basic forms of student learning approaches, namely: 1.Approachsurface(surface/outward). This is the tendency for students to learn because of external (extrinsic) encouragement, for example wanting to study because they are afraid of not passing an exam and being scolded by their parents. Therefore, the learning style is relaxed, just memorizing, and not concerned with in-depth understanding. 2. Approachdeep(deep). This is a student's tendency to learn because there is encouragement from within (intrinsic), for example they want to learn because they are interested in the material and feel they need it. Therefore, their learning style is serious and tries to understand the material in depth and think about how to apply it in everyday life. 3. Approachachieving(high achievement). Namely, students' learning tendencies because of the urge to make things happenego enhancement namely great personal ambition in improving one's personal achievements by achieving the highest possible achievements. This student's learning style is more serious than students who use other learning approaches. There are good study skills in the sense of having high abilities in organizing work space, dividing time and using it efficiently, as well as having high skills in studying the syllabus. Besides that, students with this approach are also very disciplined, neat, systematic, and possessive future planning (plans ahead ), and have a high positive competitive drive. Learning Objectives Learning objectives are very important in the learning process for both teachers and students.Students are subjects involved in the learning process. In these activities students experience the learning process and respond with learning behavior. In general, students do not realize the importance of learning. Thanks to the teacher's information about learning targets or learning objectives, students know what and what the learning materials mean to them. The learning objectives set by the teacher are usually a guide for the teacher to select, emphasize or go beyond subject matter and activities in preparing lessons and teaching both in the classroom and in the field. 3 important reasons for learning objectives set in instructional objectives, namely: 1.
