- General Provisions of the Promotion
Participation in the Promotion is open to any registered users of the Edubirdie.com or ca.edubirdie.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) who comply with the terms and conditions of this Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).
The Promotion will run from 00:00:01 A.M. (Pacific Time) on March 20, 2025, to 11:59:59 P.M. (Pacific Time) on March 30, 2025, inclusive (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
The organizer of the Promotion is EduBirdie (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
- Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Promotion, Participants must place an order (or multiple orders) on the Site totaling at least $300 during the Promotion Period. Larger orders enhance your chances of winning: orders of $600 or more double your chances, while orders of $900 or more provide an even greater likelihood of winning. If your total orders meet the $300+ requirement, you will be automatically entered!
An order is considered placed at the moment the funds are credited to the Company’s account.
Data regarding each payment for a Participant's order will be recorded by EduВirdie in the Promotion database (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Database”). This database will include the date and time of the transactions, along with unique identifiers assigned to the Participants.
Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Promotion if there are doubts regarding their compliance with these Rules or in the event of any violation of these Rules by the Participant.
- Prize pool
By participating in the Promotion, Participants have the chance to win cash prizes. The prize pool consists of:
Grand Prize: $1000 (1 winner)
Cash Prizes: $100 each (5 winners)
Cash Prizes: $50 each (5 winners)
Consolation Prizes: Additional rewards for all participants at the discretion of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to increase or modify the prize pool of the Promotion.
- Winner Selection Process and Prize Redemption
Winners of the Promotion will be determined based on the Promotion Database through a random computer selection process. Each Participant is eligible to receive only one Prize.
Winners will be selected and notified via email by April 5, 2025. An official announcement will also be made on EduBirdie’s Instagram account.
If a winner does not respond to our message within 10 days or declines to accept the Prize, they will forfeit their right to receive the corresponding Prize.
To redeem their cash Prize, the winner must choose one of the following payout methods:
- PayPal transfer
- EduBirdie account credit (with a 2x bonus amount!)
- Amazon gift card
Once the winner has selected the appropriate payout method, we will facilitate the transfer of the Prizes. The time frame for prize distribution may vary depending on the chosen payout method.
The winner is responsible for any bank fees and commissions associated with this transfer, including but not limited to transaction fees imposed by PayPal or any intermediary banks.
- Other Conditions of the Promotion
The Company is not responsible for any technical issues related to data transmission through communication channels during the Promotion or Prize distribution nor for any errors made by communication operators. Additionally, the Company is not liable for any delays or inability of the winner to receive the Prize due to circumstances beyond the Company's control.
The Company also bears no responsibility for any subsequent use of the Prizes after they have been received, for the inability to utilize the Prizes for any reason, or for any consequences resulting from the winners' use of the Prizes. This includes situations where a winner does not receive their Prize due to their own actions.
By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm that they have read and understood these Rules and fully agree to them.
These Rules may be modified and/or supplemented by the Company throughout the Promotion Period. Such changes and additions will take effect from the moment they are posted on the Site.
