Sir Winston Leonard Spencer- Churchill (30 November 1874- 24 January 1965), graduated from St. George school, Ascot. He had one brother and his name was Jack Churchill, and his dad was Lord Randolph, and his mother Lady Randolph. Winston’s first job was as a military writer, afterwards, he become a prime minister in 1940-1945, and again between 1951-1955. In world war 2 Churchill lead the British army through the whole war, and in the end, Britain accomplished to win this war. He was famous and known for his amazing speeches, and he was the best leader in the 20th century. He used to be in the British army, a historian, and an artist. Winston Churchill won the Nobel prize in 1953 for his great literacy skills. Some people say he was the best prime minister ever because he really showed this country a lot of things and helped them a lot to achieve what they need. Winston Churchill was a great leader, because at the time that he was in charge the country got better, and a lot of people wanted him and he did a lot of good things for the country that’s why people wanted him.

He also wanted to make the whole country as one hand, so in the parliament, and radio he always gave speeches to cheer his team up and never let them fall down. Winston Churchill was not only a great leader because he served in the prime minister position, but he was also the greatest leader in the 20th century because after he left the position the government and people took him back in 1951-1955. This can prove to everyone that people really liked him and wanted him to stay for the first time. However, he left then worked other jobs for six years, and then he came back to the prime minister position.

Even though he did good and bad stuff like everyone due, it shows how the good things are way more, and at his period of time, Britain got better, not worse. In the last nine days of his life, he was suffering a severe stroke, and he passed away on January 24, 1965, at the age of 90. After his death, Britain mourned for more than a week. This explains that people really liked him and they really felt dismal.
