A leader is a person who motivates employees and inspires them to meet the demand and achieve the common goal of bringing the best out in them. It is all about encouraging and developing people and always looking after employees by helping them reach their maximum potential. When we first think about the leaders, we basically consider them as a hero. So, we are likely to consider someone who takes charge to save the company as a good leader and someone who always takes the opinions of others and makes decisions. On the other hand, a good leader is a good negotiator. The negotiator of the leadership focuses on decision-making challenges and analyzes complex. (Cherry, 2018).
No doubt that learning with experience is so important for developing employees and leaders as well. Leaders are born. on the other hand, they are also made. So, all the difference is in focus. The born ones believe that organizations must be very selective when they recruit and get the development to the employees and just give this opportunity to those who give the most benefits to this leader. There are many ways that leaders become leaders whether born or made. Some of them are born and the others are made. To know the difference, we can recognize that the born leaders are more supportive than the male leaders in influencing and many other focusing actions. While both born and made agree that relationships and pay with others must be accepted by leaders. The born and made leaders believe that leaders must be humane compassionate, sympathetic, and generous. Participative like collaborative, involving others, and inclusive. Also, they both believe in charismatic examples of visionary, inspirational, and the need to strive for perfection. Team-oriented like team unity, collaboration, and encouragement. Lastly, both born and made believe that leaders should not deal in face-saving behaviors like being indirect and evasive. Basically, people become leaders as a result of big experiences that allow them to learn how to be a good leaders. The one who made it can get a higher benefit from their environment. Because with a long experience in their environment, they achieve a higher place and become professional leaders, so the long experience made them plus they are born with it. With learned experience and leadership skills the success of the leader happens. There were so many arguments about this which led to theories. Behind these theories of the major argument is the trait theory of leadership. That talk about successful leaders must have certain innate traits which can make them a great fit in the leadership. It is about walks steps of the great man theory in believing that leaders are born with traits that allow them to suit being a leader than others who lack those natural traits. So, the theory focuses on qualities like a sense of responsibility, accountability, creativity, and intelligence that help the individual particularize at leadership. In the trait approach, there is basically one major flaw to the leadership which is not offering a conclusive list of leadership traits. The great man theory of leadership is one of the oldest leadership theories believing that leaders are born rather than made. In this theory, leadership is not something we can learn; it is a quality that we possess, or do not. The third theory is contingency theory. This theory determines that there is no way of leadership that is viable in all situations. On the other hand, noticed that the leader must select the perfect course of action and it could be variables influencing different situations. It is all about the balancing between behavior, needs, and context. The right traits are not enough for a good leader they have also to have the ability to assess the needs of their employees. Transactional theories show that management theories of leadership are basically revolving around teamwork and the supervision of the organization. The punishments and rewards in these theories count as the basis for the leadership actions to motivate the employees. Transformational leadership theory is considered a relationship theory, which sets the point on the relationship between the followers and the leaders. This theory recognizes the kind of leader who is charismatic, and inspirational and encourages the employees to do better at their tasks and transform them. It focuses on the importance of situational variables. The last theory is behavioral. Its assurance shifts from the traits of leaders into their actions and behaviors. (Moran, 2013).

Leadership in context is a process in which many other employees take a place and play different roles at many different times. For becoming a leader there is no specific set of qualities that allow a person to be a leader. And of course, no one can always be a leader in all situations. There are two ideas that the approach rests on. One is that the leadership is influencing employees by using leadership power in less or more acceptable to the employees. For example, the leader carry peoples instead of forcing them to do the task this is called the authority provided by the position. The leaders are seen to be effective on important matters. For example, people must accept the leadership when they use the directive style in an emergency. There are many issues that face the organization or the group, so the leadership is about tackling the importance of these issues like task issues, strategic issues, and people or maintenance issues. Task issues are the desired results achieved by the organization or group. Strategic issues are the result of organization seeks. People or maintenance issues are the connection between the followers and the leaders. The three important implications for leaders are influencing the organization and understanding the issue, having more than one leader for the group, and exercising leadership The leader must understand the environment to deal with task issues. (Jennifer, 2007).
In conclusion, leadership responsibility must be with the group and outside the group and build a good relationship with them. In order, to do their tasks this helps the followers and the group to be motivated during work time and to do their best. (William, 2016).
