Gender inequality does exist in many workplace organizations.

Yes, I agree with above the statement.

In this case, in some workplace organizations, gender inequality is existing. Possible causes of this gender inequality in workplace organizations. Gender inequality is depending on the perceptions of individuals due to their gender. And gender inequality acknowledges that men and women are not equal and that gender affects an individual’s lived experience. These are mainly due to or causes for these includes. These are biological norms, cultural norms, and psychological norms. Biological norms mean, the genetic composition of living organisms, according to this almost all males have more energy during doing any work in organizations. And they only can do some of the work. For example, in welding shops, only males work effectively. Cultural norms are some of the religious beliefs that may not allow women to work in some organizations. Like a woman, they should not do that work. Otherwise, due to negative attitudes towards women, they won’t allow work equally. For example, working in maturities due to some religion believes and families will not accept women. Psychological norms are some of the psychological feelings of women like I won’t have that much capacity to do that work and it is only done by males, and that type of feeling also may degrade the women. Women still face gender bias, especially in the workforce. Despite the best efforts of companies to promote diversity and equality, women still dominate the lower-paying administrative ranks while men continue to dominate at the executive level. Other than that, no differences between males and females exist in general intelligence. But usually, men are significantly more likely to take risks and be aggressive than women. It has been theorized that these differences combined with physical differences are an adaption representing the sexual division of labor.

Some of these distinctions are empirically grounded while others appear to be socially constructed. They are the different lived experiences of genders across many domains including education, personality, society, interests, careers, and family life. Gender inequality is experienced differently across cultures. Next, from birth males and females are raised differently and experience different environments in their lives. Especially, in the eyes of society, gender has a huge role to play in many major milestones or characteristics in life like personality. Females and males are led on different paths before they can choose their own. For example, the blue color is most commonly associated with boys and they get toys like monster trucks, transformers, or more sport-related things to play time they are babies, and girls like the color pink, dolls, dresses, and playing house where they take care of the dolls as if they were children. Although, these paths set by parents or other adult figures in the child’s life set them on certain paths. And also some of the human resources policies may cause gender inequality.

Next, the suggestion to overcome gender inequality is without any partiality we need to allow all adolescent girls and women’s work in the organization. Moreover, what is gender equality? The view is that both men and women should receive equal treatment and not be discriminated against based on their gender. Improving in company’s gender diversity gives your organization different information, viewpoints, and ideas. It also allows your business to serve a more diverse customer base and helps the company attract and retain talented women. A fundamental reason we have not yet achieved gender equality in every realm is that women's and girls' voices are too often excluded from global and national decision–making. Furthermore, make mentors available to everyone the availability of an experienced mentor to help guide the different channels you ‘ill face throughout your career is invaluable it should be an opportunity that is open to everyone. We expect to be questioned on how to ask for pay rises within a company and advice on how to tackle any issues relating to inequality. Moreover, it may be tempting to resolve gender inequality within a company by focusing only on women gender inclusiveness needs to focus on both men and women as initiatives involving only part of the workforce will likely have reduced results. As well as, allow mobile phones to women in organizations, to improve security and technology. For example, the majority of girls in India don’t have access to using basic technology such as phones and computers because of infrastructure-related challenges and economic reasons. Although, they use these phones to call for security in an emergency.

To put it another way, need to encourage parents to allow girls to do outside work. And give proper value to women’s work. For example, the unpaid work women and girls do provide the foundation for the global economy. And this fact needs to be highlighted more in the media. In the private sector and communities, this research and data for messaging on this point could be useful in promoting the key role and contributions women and girls make to the economy and the need for proper recognition and compensation. Next, most women's empowerment should be followed? Proven way to overcome many systemic barriers to women’s success has been increased participation by women in local, regional, and national legislation as empowered change agents. A women’s voice and her ability to become a leader in her community are fundamental to empowering women. Stop child marriages and sexual harassment in workplace organizations. For example, in IDIA and elsewhere, child marriage is a major impediment to girls’ education. Not only but also, elsewhere more than 50% of girls are married before the age of 17, and 30% of girls 14 to 18 already have one child. We need girls to be able to complete their education. We have to end child marriage. And the same time we also have to seriously address sexual harassment of girls. Insecurity is the main reasons parent give for marrying their daughters. Women need proper security in the workplace and somewhere else.

Similarly, the need to empower mothers in certain country they have been a great move to increase the number of girls going through formal education by providing schools for girls in every district. And also everyone needs to learn that by empowering women on the community level you will also enhance girls' education. When mothers are educated and empowered to make choices in their lives, they enable their daughters to go to school. Nevertheless, must provide equality in education. Equality of educational opportunities is needed for the establishment of an egalitarian society based on social equality and justice. That contributes to the search for talent among all the people of the nation. And honest attempts are made to provide compulsory education to all children at least up to 14 years. No one should be made to suffer for want of educational opportunities and facilities. As well as the togetherness of work should be improved. Personality based on team building needs to be used to increase the understanding of who each group member is and how to better communicate with one another. Next, teamwork in the workplace can learn idea generation. Working together on a project will raise the enthusiasm of the whole team to bring out a lot of ideas and foster both individual and team knowledge. Not only but also, the inspiration and ideas that can result from the team can discussions never be replaced by any other method. Working in a team also makes the ideas visible and tangible so everyone knows the efforts that you are making. There are a lot of benefits of teamwork tasks that are completed more quickly. Ability to draw on other people's experiences and ideas and also get support in the workplace. Coupled with this, can encourage women into nontraditional job settings. Non- traditional occupations offer a woman higher entry-level wages and higher pay as she advances in her career. Next, when choosing an occupation a woman should consider all the options available to them. As is the case for any individual, female or male, one will have to meet the educational requirements and other qualifications of the career male or female is considering. Moreover, according to the Department of Labor, here are some examples that are considered non-traditional for women. First detectives or special agents collect facts and gather evidence about suspected crimes. Secondly, architects design buildings that are functional, safe, and meet the need of those who are going to use them. Thirdly, barbers cut and style men’s hair. And have more work. “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.

Notwithstanding, by giving some powers to women also they can work well. Females in positions of power are women who hold an occupation that gives them great authority, influence, or responsibility. The power has been distributed among the sexes disparate. Power full positions have most often been associated with men as opposed to women. Furthermore, gender equality increases women hold more and power full positions, due to policy and social reform. Positions of power and gender are intertwined. Likewise, studies have shown that increasing women’s participation in leadership positions decreases corruption, as‘’ women are less involved in bribery, and are less likely to condone bribe-taking. Occupational power refers to power over coworkers in the field. Positions of power can exist in almost any setting, from small-scale, unofficial groups or clubs, all the way to the obvious leader of nations or CEOs of companies. Next, these more official situations are found in many areas, such as government, industry and business and academia the media, and many other sectors. And also can give importance equally to all men and women’s work. Let’s, see equality between women and men is important. Equality between men and women means that both genders should not be treated differently on the sole basis of their gender. This applies to all fields of life, for example, the right, opportunities, and status of the two genders. Moreover, men and women should be treated equally about everything and there are no circumstances where women or a man should be treated differently because of their gender.

Furthermore, men and women are both equal also they may be different in some respects, it is important to remember that differences between men and women do not mean that one gender is worse than the other. Therefore, for example, men and women may be good at different things. It should not be suggested that this means a man and a woman are better than one another. And also being equal does not mean that men and women are the same. They are different because every individual is different. But this does not mean that they should not be treated fairly and as equals. They should share their responsibilities. For example, if they have a child they should share their responsibility of care equally. Although in public women and men are also equal if they provide the same skill at the same level in the workplace, their benefits may also be the same maybe a difference in pay according to their skills, however, pay should never be different between women and men because of their gender. Next, when they are treated unequally this is called sexism, which means that a man or a woman is treated negatively for no other reason because of their sex. That is unjustified because they are equal. If a woman is treated unequally because they are the wrong woman, this happens in society they are becoming more aware of sexism and people have begun to change their behaviors. Although, for example, people have begun speaking out and declaring that it is wrong and that men and women are equal.

Continuously, these are the suggestion that will overcome gender inequalities. For example, 2014july when I visited a workplace in that place human trafficking adult women and girls account for 71 percent of all human trafficking victims detected globally and women and girls are the disproportionate victims of human trafficking with 65 percent trafficked for sexual exploitation. So it is gender inequality in my life. Next, for example, it happens to my sister. When my sister went for an interview in a corporate hospital, they conducted an exam and selected both males and females. So my sister asks for a posting in Operation Theater but the head of the department was not allowed to work in OT. Although, because my sister is short and lean. Furthermore, these are one of the biological norms and HR policies. They gave importance to males working OT, because of their physical appearance. So it is one of the gender inequality in my sister's life.

Last but not least, also sometimes organizations will not allow married women in because of some of the biological norms like pregnancy and lactation so that type of mothers also need to allow if they can work. And can provide some benefits according to their needs, so all women also can work equally to men.
