In the First Amendment, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,” is known as the freedom of religion. But what does it mean? Does it cover all types of religions? Or does it stop at a specific religion? The answer is the freedom of religion is open to all religions unless the religion harms others.

ACLU.org reports that everyone has the right to practice their religion, or no religion at all in the United States. This claim strongly supports the right of freedom of religion to all religions. The citizens of the United States are allowed to practice their religion. No matter what religion it is and what it is about. The right of freedom of religion only works in a safe situation, without negative effects on others.

Although a 6-3 majority blocked the state from prohibiting indoor services in counties with the spread of COVID-19, it allowed attendance caps based on the size of the building to stand. The court said that the state may continue to prohibit singing and chanting during the coronavirus pandemic.
