Point 1) ScreenSharing: Screensharing is a big part of being staff nowadays on a server due to a lot of ghost clients coming out. I think I have enough experience in this area to definitely get me through and I usually never miss anything I have learned to find vape lite, vape, and many other ghost clients and I think my methods still might work, but either I definitely have enough experience from past servers with ssing.
Point 2) Moderating: I definitely have enough experience with moderating as I was staff on decently big servers, with a good amount of players. I am good with this because I have been staff on sarefine, supremegames, and other servers with good players base and a lot of sses and bans which means I got good moderating experience and definitely could use some of that experience on here to help the server and its community.
#2 Maturity: Maturity is a very big aspect of being staff and moderating as you need to take your job seriously as a staff member when moderating a server. I definitely was never demoted or anything because I always take my work seriously and I do not slack off during work hours. Not only when moderating, also during support rooms, you need to staff calm and focused to figure out what is the issue and which I am, and sometimes people who might not have perfect English come in to support room, and I have seen staff do this I worked with staff members who have laughed at people because of how they speak or their age which is not okay and I would never do anything like this because I am mature and I don't slack off and keep it formal and professional.
#3 Dedication: If you lack dedication/motivation to do something you will never accomplish it, not only do I have the dedication to something I do or love, I also like moderating servers, and enjoy helping people and keeping a server clean. I also take my job passionately and enjoy playing Minecraft and most importantly helping people. I have a lot of dedication when it comes to moderating servers, and being a staff member on a server. You can tell my dedication just through the times I have provided in How much time will you be able to dedicate per week. In that question, I have given good and reasonable times if you have the dedication and are serious about your job as a Staff Member. I included this point because I have seen staff members who just applied to be staff on a server and didn't have any dedication what so ever so that's why I decided to include this.
