In addition, YouTube is a video site a lot of children have been drawn to, where they are able to search and find whatever it is they are interested in to watch. Everyday life and routines plays another part in obesity. The average working individual who has a desk job, sitting for 8 hours per day, with minimal exercise or movement, plus, more than likely snacking in between, is probably the person who is gaining more weight than a nurse who is constantly on her feet getting movement from dealing with patients all day.
If changes are not made to avoid and reduce obesity, one will begin to notice themselves beginning to have health issues.
