It develops ethics that come inside meditation and wisdom in an individual (Fung & Wong, 2017). It eradicates the birth of ego personality issue in an individual and guides him a path of truth and meditation. It recognises various domains of conciseness that comprises of heaven, animal, human, hunger and hell. It awaits an individual and show him the path of love compassion appreciation Joy equanimity etc. Zen Buddhist largely focuses on the method of practicing them. The most effective way of teaching Zen is communicating directly from master to pupil. Zen practices are aimed at taking the balance and intellectual mind a way of the mental look in order to make an individual more aware of Buddha nature.

There are various characteristics of Zen Buddhist concept such as impermanence, selflessness and dissatisfaction. These three characteristics change the personality of an individual. Impermanence refers to the constant change in the life of an individual and nothing remains same in entire life (Šamánková, Preiss & Příhodová, 2018). However, nothing physical last forever as per the Buddha the only thing which is constant is the changing time. The primary feature of the entire universe is the changes which everyone needs to accept and move forward. This characteristic helps an individual to accept the reality and move forward with new hopes goals and objectives. The second characteristics of Zen Buddhism are the selflessness. This refers to the dedication that every individual should do their work and something productive without seeing selflessness in any work. The last characteristics of Zen Buddhism existence is satisfaction and avoids pain and seek out pleasure in everything. Zen principles and mindfulness practice is used in the dialectical behaviour therapy. Behaviour therapy and Buddhism might appear to be identical as well as contradictory in their approaches in order to understand the changing behaviour of individual (Mitchell, Roberts, Bartsch & Sullivan, 2019). However it is also noted that the acceptance and commitment theory and the mindfulness-based cognitive therapy have various common sense which underlines Zen Buddhism techniques. There is a strong relationship between Zen Buddhism and acceptance and commitment theory. Researches depicts that Zen Buddhism integrates acceptance and commitment therapy in order to strengthen its practices in personality development.

The entire process believes and based on physical miracles oracles Prophecy extra which are entirely superstitions. The monks of Buddhist claims that this practice offers battery birth for delay people but also gave a little Dharma practice to and rebirth. This practice has lack of application of dharma to political, social and global issues which are really important issues at present.

One cannot put on questions on devotion to traditions lamas and Zen Masters (Shenefelt et al., 2019). This practice offers large worship of Buddha in place of application of the Dharma.

However, it is also noted that mindfulness refers to just Buddhism. Mindfulness is originated from Buddhist meditation techniques which encourage quiet observations of thoughts and techniques that an individual feels (Shenefelt et al., 2019). The main aim of this process is to eradicate all the sufferings that impacts on the thought process and health of an individual. Increase the awareness of an individual who practice mindfulness and free from various problems and anxiety pressure etc. Mindfulness is considered as the psychological process which purposely brings an individual intention to experience the occurrence at the present situation without any judgement. This is entirely derived from the Buddhist tradition.

In the present era where everything keeps up changing one has to be very calm composed and focus towards their goals. The pressure and the load of work impact on the productivity and life of an individual. Therefore it is very important for an individual to live a calm composed life without taking any stress and judging. Due to this problems people may have various health problems and mental problems such as depression, anxiety etc. In order to deal with this meditation is one of the best approaches to keep the mind calmness and make it composed to deal with present situation (Bradley, 2017).
