A biology teacher is an inspiring figure to the class and the school at large, this is mainly because of the understanding that is to come from the biology teacher as he/she illustrates to the student the importance of living things and how they relate to the environment in which they are in ( Tunnicliffe, S. D., & Ueckert, C, 2007pp 51-53). Biology comes from a Latin word that is a combination of bio and logos which means the knowledge of life, It shows how living things interact with one another and how they have evolved into new beings over some time from the past.
To be a biology teacher, I anticipate that I will play a positive role in the students motivating them from what I learned from my works in medical exploration and biomedical engineering to tutor and stir a scientific generation (Kamii, C., & Joseph, L. L. 2004). I presume that the students will significantly participate in learning to the finest of their capability, thus depicting progress in their understanding and advancement of new notions and more notably, being that, for them to yield some charge for how they do understand the biology class.
For one to cognize biology, it is vital for the students to clinch the hypothetical facets and discover biology in concrete examinations. I consider that teaching biology creates unlimited chances to integrate some real-life instances thus permitting the students to amalgamate their learning and understanding, which of course leads to them creating evocative relations with the world
It is a belief to me per se, that being a biology teacher constitutes having familiarity with the subject and, furthermore a key look on the indulgent of the curriculum. 'VCAA, 2016' is the VCE Study of Biology Design, which offers a vibrant plan unit to be consolidated as well as cross-specification expertise that the students develop in the subject. Students can extend their understanding of the study of biology mainly by the knowledge when undertaking key research and practical inquiries.
