Raw milk is an nutrient rich food product and also primary source of nutrient for infant but due to the industrialization and urban development the level of pollution is increasing day by day and it is also start contaminating are daily used food production and milk is also effected by the pollution of our surrounding environment.

Rapid urbanization and industrial development have caused natural contamination everywhere throughout the world. Subsequently, numerous risky components for example, metals, dioxins, metalloids, and pesticides, gather along the natural way of life. Their focuses in the earth develop with the increment in farming, urban and industrial emissions (Rubio et al. 1998; Zheng et al. 2007). Heavy metals are unavoidable and invaluable elements of our surrounding environment (Vidovic et al.2005). They are in differing amounts all through the geosphere and are being cycled consistently through various parts of the ecosphere. Increase in the technological advancement increase in the air pollution like heavy metals in air and also cause environmental resource degradation.Heavy metals more concentration in both Industrial waste and domestic waste products (Sharma et al. 1982).The route of exposure to heavy metal can be ingestion of food,water and soil or food plants or by inhalation of contaminated of dust that contain heavy metal through body (Chary et al 2008). Raw milk is the greater part of the dairy items, which are significant part of human's eating routine, are probably going to be presented to substantial metal polluted from ingestion of feed during the lactation times. (Simsek et al. 2000).Heavy metals having toxic effects on human and animals and can accumulate in there living tissues(Dahiya et al. 2005). Excessive concentration of such elements for example, lead mercury and chromium(Anastasio et al. 2006).
