When I was a kid, somewhere in the 3rd or 4th grade, I was thinking what I want to be when I grew up. Should I be a nurse? But I am afraid of blood. Should I be a teacher? But I am not that smart. Should I be a police woman? But I am afraid of guns. I am quietly searching and thinking what I want to be. While in the 6th grade, I realized what profession fits for me. I want to be a lawyer. I am intimidated by how powerful, fearless and smart they are. I really admire them and I want to be like them. I am doing advance reading to be familiar with laws, and etc. I was so sure about achieving my dream, which is to be a lawyer.
But days and years and have passed, I changed my mind and still thinking what I profession I want. Until the medical field caught my attention. I was amazed by how skillful the medics are. They literally can save a life by their hands. I am afraid of blood when I was a kid, but I overcome that fear now. I became interested in science when I was in the 9th grade, watched videos that are related to the medical field, advance studying and I really enjoyed it. I want to be a medical technologist and a doctor, I want to wear a white lab gown, I want to save a life. But I accepted that it was not for me. My family doesn’t want it because it’s too expensive and we can’t afford it. Another reason is because I always got sick, so they know that I can’t do it because I have a weak immune system. But until now, I really enjoy studying anything that are related to medicine, I love studying human anatomy and physiology. Until the day came when I need to choose what strand I need and course I need for college. Accountancy caught my attention because I was interested in money and business too. I asked my family if they are agreed with it and they say they are okay with it. My kuya was an accounting student too in the past, so he gave me lots of books. I am really having a hard time to understand the topics, but I know that I’ll eventually learn and love it more. I want to be a CPA, or when God give me an opportunity, I want to be a CPA-lawyer too, which is still my first love.

Another dreams and goals I want to achieve is to travel around the world and meet my idol, the one and only Taylor Swift. I want to attend one of her concerts or world tours. I want to go in different places like Amsterdam, New York, Japan, etc. I want to become financially, mentally and physically stable so I’ll be able to spoil myself, my family and my friends. I want to give my family a comfortable life they deserve. It is really my dream and one of the main goals.
