Committing to reflection and evaluation after an event entitled Holly Jolly December: Special Gift Giving Party for Community Children held at Brgy. Mainit Tayabas City. December is also the Christmas season which is why we came up with the idea that the participant of this event is the Children in the Community Since Christmas is the season for Children nothing compares to the tremendous delight that comes from giving and sharing.
For me organizing an event is not as easy as I thought. For this reason, even in the first process which is making an event plan before the existing event. As a whole class, everyone is given some different ideas to come up with. In creating an event there is so much to organize, but it can be done if everyone works together, in the simple matter if one makes a mistake one should help it as a team. It is easier to do something when every member works together. Before the day we've most looked forward to, each member has his or her own responsibilities. Some of us handle the papers for sponsorships in order to reduce some expenses. Aside from that, there are also some who are already making gifts for every child, and decorating the venue to provide the best event, there are also people assigned to cook the food to be prepared and even the safety equipment against COVID-19 such as a face mask and alcohol. The time has come for us to look forward to the event itself, It was fun to watch that while the children entered, the pleasure could be seen on their lips because they appreciated the little we had prepared for them. For this reason, once again the children will experience the party that is almost held at school or the so-called Christmas Party. We've chosen children in the community since not every child's family has the ability to give a gift during the Christmas season, especially now that it is still Pandemic.

In conclusion, after the event was done successfully, I must say that this is the least that we can do to give joy and happiness to the children in the community. Even though our venue is very simple, the children's faces will show their joy and gratitude. With the simple enjoyment of the children, it is a great help to relieve everyone's allotted time and some tiredness for the preparation, but all of it is worth it because of their smiles.
