In my opinion, humans are not superior or more intelligent than animals. We are different and have different intelligences, but that doesn't mean I'm superior. As such, animals must have rights, protection, and care. All life is sacred.
I also believe that the earth is self-existent and that the trees, the rivers, the mountains, the oceans, everything. We have such a beautiful planet, but we are destroying it. Ultimately, the earth will survive and regenerate over time. That's us, and unfortunately the animals most likely to die. Our greed, our lust for power, and our materialism are killing us. If we don't wake up and realize what's important (earth, nature, and fellow humans), we will most likely destroy ourselves. Unfortunately, we took the wrong turn.
I believe that the concept of 'rights' is 100% human and that applying it to other species is unfair anthropomorphism, inability to help them, and huge potential to cause harm. for them, promoting or even directly causing species extinction. The concept of animal rights is a tool - it is used to pursue an agenda by people who believe that people should separate from all other animals and not interact with, influence use, Or take advantage of what they follow in any way. There is no justification behind it - it's a faith. An unfair belief in this course is medium and moral.
It is often disguised as sympathy - the assertion that other animals may feel pain or emotions, so they must be able to live their lives without interfering with us. But this is an important point of this - only from us. Not each other's. And the reason becomes much more ambiguous when you ask why humans are special this way and not any other way. Animal Rights aims to make humans vegetarian and then use the legal system to protect animals from humans.
Animal welfare really cares about the welfare of animals as individuals and species. Animal welfare deals with symbiotic relationships between humans and animals of different types. These relationships range from family members (pets) to predator-prey relationships.
Even for the animals we eat, their health is important to theirs and ours. How we deal with the benefits or harms of the ecosystem will bother us together. So even in the poorest parts of the world, animal abuse is bad for people.
