My vision is to develop long-term self-interest, make rational decisions, maintain social ethics in society, and observe all the rules and regulations that govern my actions. This vision statement implies that I want to be a leader whose actions are guided by moral reasons. A leader who maintains ethical obligations concerning what society considers to be ethical and also observes all the rules and regulations that govern the areas of operations concerning me. This will make me unique from the other leaders.
The position I have always dreamt of is being a Chief Financial Officer and this is why I want to be in the banking industry right after I graduate from College. In this position, I will get to be able to work with teams in order to manage the finances of the organization and work directly with the top customers of the organization. I want the customers and the team to know that under my leadership, our organization is going to flourish. I will also lead in advising on the best projects that the company can invest in to help it boost its profits. I will be leading all the people working and the accounting and finance departments making crucial decisions concerning the matters of using company funds. I will influence them by making use of the best practices in the industry and ensuring that the company funds are effectively used in a way that benefits it. The fact that I am proficient in English speaking will make me influence others by offering inspirational and motivational speaking in matters of finance.
Choosing my core values is directly due to the nation and the culture I was raised in. I was raised in a caring, and loving family environment, where the focus is to respect your parents, the parents guide their children in their academic as well as professional life based on their experiences to ensure the success of the children.
