I cannot agree with the belief of the majority that wealth is in money and achievements. In my opinion, true wealth is in health. Health is the foundation needed to reap every other valuable resource. Our health is not simply about the country of our body, it is about the nation of our body, mind, and spirit as an integrated whole. And what we do for this integrated complete immediately impacts our ride of wealth in material terms. Without health, we do not have the potential to create wealth. And I am not just speaking about money. Dealing with a debilitating health issue, or a chronic lack of access to the capacity for healthy living, makes it harder to construct a wealth of lifestyle experiences and tend to spiritual and emotional health. When our strength is consistently eaten up with the effort to gain or maintain a basic level of health, there is little left over to commit to achieving anything else - the greater time we have to spend on surviving, the less time we have to focus on thriving. Health offers the capability to enjoy what life has to offer and create experiences that are frequently greater cherished than physical goods.
