On 8th December of 2019, the first unknown pneumonia case has been found in a southern part of china, Wuhan. It is reported as non-infectious until there is a hero doctor intending to reveal the truth of extreme infectivity, but unfortunately the Wuhan government immediately covered it again until a predominant academician called Dr.Zhong who has a significant contribution in helping country to overcome the SARS ( Severity respiratory syndrome) stands out and confirmed severity of this virus. Later, the government officially named it 2019-ncov known as one type of RNA (Ribonucleic acid) genome coronavirus.

As there is no effective cure for the RNA virus right now, because it ‘infects cells by injecting RNA into the cytoplasm of the host cells to transcribe viral DNA into RNA to synthesize protein, RNA can skip the transcription process’. As being a single virus, of course it will be anger than the virus who has couple.

Therefore, People found an effective way to avoid it rather than spend a long time to wait for the cure ------ wear the medical respirator. This is also recommended by WHO. It’s a productive way to block most of the particles, and it’s Bacterial Filtration Efficiency is higher than 99% according to ASTM. Consequently, it can help people to prevent get sick and help others too. It’s a win-win action. But unfortunately, there is not enough stocks for everyone to wear it to maintain the normal outdoor activity. In order to do the best to against the virus, people choose to stay at home all day long to reduce the risk to the minimum. It is not a surprise that you can see the picture with empty streets in china or crowdy ‘Mask Human’ stocked in supermarket for the supplies like food. As this is an extreme infectivity virus, unusual human traffic in hospital is inevitable. But in overseas, if people see the “yellow skins” people wear masks they will have biases. “I don’t understand why these Chinese people come to overseas during the outbreak period” this is an interview from a random guy. People in overseas only think people wear masks of they get sick and blame to Chinese who come to overseas in this emergency. Nearly 150000 human mobility of population to overseas are counted 10 days before the travel restrictions. An extreme Xenophobia is born.

At a Woolworths supermarket in Port Hedland, Western Australia, a person reported an incident whereby a staff member removed and refused entry to customers who appeared to be of Asian descent, claiming it was to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus. In Ravenswood School for Girls, a private school on Sydney's North Shore asked a South Korean student to leave her dormitory – even though she had not been to China since visiting Shanghai in October 2019 and was medically cleared when she arrived at the school.

French newspaper Le Courrier Picard featured an Asian woman wearing a mask on its front page on 26 January 2020 with a headline 'Yellow Alert'.[25] The paper also titled an editorial 'A New Yellow Peril'. Multiple countries’ Asians started a campaign of ‘I am not a virus’ and this is quickly hashtag in Instagram. Should the international virus become an excuse of racism?

When the United States 2009 H1N1 swine flu emerged, it eventually infected 60 million and initially killed a minimum of 18,449 cases that year. But the final story of the H1N1 global pandemic was far worse than that, with close to 300,000 deaths, according to the final tallies in 2012 reported by the CDC. During 2009 H1N1 outbreak, there is no xenophobic anti-America attacks across the globe. In fact, they took six months for the U.S. to declare a national emergency. Government from the onset in April 2009 through the end in April 2010, including the month of June, the H1N1 outbreak, the government didn’t close their borders for American or the travellers. There is never enough manpower, there are never enough test kits, there is never enough medicine or medical supplies. China is not trying to hide these hardships, they are well known, they are being reported on the news daily in China. There are always people who die, thousands of them whom we'll never know if they actually died because of a particular virus. Those are the facts, not any problem unique to China's healthcare system or government.

As any coronavirus is always a world health problem. No matter the countries, religions, cultures, skin colours, every people don’t deserve the ‘privilege’ of racism.
