This nation needs civic and political cooperation from its individuals in order to keep an appropriately working society and government. It is our duty as U.S. residents to guarantee our own advantages and take an interest in politics. The reason that I am writing to you is that I would like to ask if you could make a holiday for Eleanor Roosevelt. She was an American political figure, diplomat and activist. She was an advocate for women within the workplace. She was also an advocate for the civil rights of African Americans, Asian Americans, and WW2 Veterans. She was a part of ER, like most ladies who became pioneers of the ladies' development, ER got mindful of the obstructions ladies confronted while working with other ladies on other social equity issues. Called 'First Lady of the World' by President Truman for her long lasting compassionate accomplishments, Roosevelt attempted as far as possible in her life to pick up acknowledgement and execution of the rights set out in the Declaration. Following her husband's death in 1945, Roosevelt remained active in politics for the remaining 17 years of her life. She has shown us that anyone can make a difference, you just have to be willing to devote yourself completely to it.
