Over many decades literature has been praised by many scholars especially who study English in the world. Therefore, this paper seeks to discuss the concept of freedom in Gombrowicz's Work. Gombrowicz is known as a polish playwright and a writer whose works includes in-depth analysis of psychology (Pratt, Daniel, 7). Furthermore, he is a writer who most readers from Western Europe did not hear of in the 20th century. Unfortunately, he did not understand English rather than the native Poland language. Therefore, many scholars had to translate his works into English so that other people from Europe may understand the contents of his work. He wrote various publications such as Ferdydurke and Bakakay. For instance, in 2004, three of his major books were available in idiomatic English after translation from polish in his work he tends to focus on unusualness rather than his importance. Therefore, Gombrowicz is a writer who his work garnered much attention in the 20th centuries although but most people ignored him. In this context, his work was in polish whereby many people do not support it according to their culture.
