Being the president of a country is a big responsibility for one person. If I were president, I would change the government, overthrowing corrupt politicians and those with a criminal record in the field of government.
I would listen to the grievance of my fellow citizens on their daily problems in our society like traffics, flooding, and many more. I would try to solve the problem of flooding by continuing the project of the past President Marcos. Based on the article he tries to creating spillways that control the floods for diverting the floodwaters from Marikina which flows from the Sierra Madre mountains into Manila joining the Pasig River and draining into Manila Bay. With continuing of this project, we can prevent the overflowing of water when there has a strong typhoon which carries a lot of rains.
On the problem of electricity and energy, I would rehabilitate the nuclear power plant that was also created by President Marcos in his regime. I would hire great engineers who can rehabilitate it and can make it safe when we use it as a power source in our country. This project can give our citizens cheap electricity bills and can also be a great factor for the trains that we will create for the solution in traffic. It can also attract the big companies from the other country to create a branch here in our country due to fewer electricity bills that can create many jobs for our citizens.
I think that the best way to resolving the traffic is a creating a bullet train not only in Manila but all over the countries. We should create a train that can travel from one city to different cities all over the country. This can lessen the cars and buses who travel for the commuters to go on their destinations. The Nuclear Power Plant can lessen the expenses for train bills for the commuters.
For maintaining to know that my assigned politicians are not doing any corrupting things, we should publicly be auditing their project expenses and even their accounts. I would also like, as president, to be a part of this project so that citizens can know that their money is not wasted and is in good hands.
For the problem against illegal drugs, I would implement the death penalty against the drug lords. For the drug pusher, they must get life imprisonment when they did not give cooperate to catch big names on a drug syndicate. I would also implement a law for the police officers who make power on there to kill or give a manhandle on the innocent people to make it as a threat that my governance was not given a condoning any police brutality.
To sum it up, if I were president, I would do my best to improve society and restore public confidence in the government.
