It’s so easy, living in a small town where college is not for everyone to fall into the line that maybe college isn’t for you. There is some truth to that. College is not for all. College is for the people who have the determination to not just do it, but to succeed at it. Higher education is not easy by any means. Anyone who says it is, well, they are lying, and if it was, well then everyone would have a degree. College is stressful, sleepless nights, aggravating, time-consuming, and just plain frustrating at times. But then, finally, you get your assignment, paper, or test back with a good grade and for just a moment, you can breathe. You realize that maybe just maybe you can do this, and all the sacrifices you are making for it, well, they are worth it and they are paying off. Hard work truly does pay off and those good grades are proof of it.
