Dubai offers more than just 'glitz and glamour', it is the ultimate playground for those young and those not so young. It also provides numerous communities that also accommodate the family-oriented lifestyle. Port de La Mer by Meraas is one of those communities targeted to create the ultimate oasis for families. In this essay, I want to discuss what makes it an ideal community, especially for family living.
Firstly, La Mer is one of the city’s premium beach districts. Therefore, you’ll be able to flock under the sun and enjoy everything that the beach has to offer. You’ll also have access to restaurants, shopping, art and so much more. This is perfect for families as its laid-back charm is certainly inviting.
One of the most captivating aspects of Port de La Mer apartments is that it offers residents the very best of both worlds due to the fact that this neighborhood merges urban with a beachfront lifestyle. Therefore, you’ll feel as though you’ve never left paradise. Cabanas are available for rent and the young one can play on the sand and living within Port de La Mer apartments will also offer little treasures each day. Imagine having access to breathtaking views of the ocean as well as the majestic skyline every day. Have you ever felt like you were in the city yet on an island all at the same time? Well, Port de La Mer provides access to just that!
Multiple access points also make this community ideal. This community can be reached via two access points. Via the road which means that you are never truly out of touch with the city as major shopping malls, other neighborhoods, and even the airport are within close proximity. This community can also be accessed via the sea, which means that the world is never truly out of reach.
And finally, Port de La Mer has its own yacht club, which also adds to its ideality, in my opinion. A yacht club is typically an organization of boat owners that cater to the needs of its members in a variety of ways, the most popular of which are through lessons and social programs. Hence, this is another way in which every member of the household can socialize. It’s also a great option for children as they can learn many things in the ocean that schools can’t teach.
Due to Port de La Mer’s nature, it is especially hard for a family not to fall in love as it offers everything for every member. That's why I believe that Port de La Mer is truly the ideal community.
