Here are a few problems of the case that I am facing in the tough situation:-
Financial problem
Earlier, I would have my husband’s salary that helped my family's monthly budget where I was able to buy clothes, groceries for my house, pay debts, bills, and some savings for my child’s future studies. I even have some time outings with my family but after my husband’s company is downsizing and will be closed down next month, I am facing financial problems because my husband’s contribution is no more and he is the only breadwinner for me and my family. So here, I am lacking money where earlier was easily retrieved but now it will be very difficult to survive.
Place to staying
I have to vacate my current house because the house that my husband and I staying in is paid for by my husband’s company. I have to look for a cheaper house elsewhere. Finding a new house offers many social challenges which may include finding new friends. In this current economy, I cannot rent up a house to stay in because nowadays the rental amount is rising rather it is reducing. In this situation, I will ask for some help from my parents and my in-laws to help me in this situation because rather I searching different place to stay, I will go to my parents’ house or my in-laws' house to stay for some time until I solve my problem.
Support of family
I have to take care of my family until my husband gets a new job. After downsizing my husband’s company, I am having difficulties buying my child’s groceries. Before this problem arose, my husband would give money to me to buy things for our child's groceries so without worries I would buy the things for our child. So after I heard about my husband’s downsizing matter, I had to search for some support for my family from a source of money. Meanwhile, I am searching for part-time or full-time jobs to support my family so I will ask my parents or my in-laws to take care of my child for some time until I figure out how to solve the problem.
New job
Meanwhile, my husband searching for a new job, and I will also try to search new job for my family's financial problems. I will start to find a job with my education certificate with any position and any salary and something that is fruitful for me, even if I am not able to find any. In this current situation, we cannot get the job easily because it will take a long-term process until I get a good job. The same goes for part-time jobs because there are not many part-time jobs in this country.
Actions must speak louder because I am situation where problems are pouring in and flooding in, so action has to be very fast to overcome my family problems and everything.

Other than that, I can do online business meanwhile I get full-time jobs from the company.
I have to explore all over the place which is convince for me to do the part-time job. I also have to look up the houses that are near to my parents or my in-law's place. And also easy for me to send my child to my parents or my in-laws while I am looking for full-time jobs. For example, I have to survey which new place I need to move to so that I can earn some income from that. Before I went to interviews, I had to search the company profile and revenue before attending the interview at the company
In my financial situation, how I am going to survive in this world without sources of money, sources of place, sources of food, and how I am going to find a new place for us to stay?
b) Getting the Information – The Middle Stage of the Process
While I am looking for my job, I have to spend time searching for a company. I also have to sacrifice my sleepless nights to search job on a website at night after sending my child to sleep. I also need some strategies to overcome this assemble in my situations. Other than that, I have to look up the newspaper to search for jobs.
When I get a job in a company, I have to analyze the growth of the company in order for me to last in that company. Also, did I have any benefit from this company in the future? Moreover, I have to check the company’s profile on their company website and the growth on that website.
I can get a salary every month based on my performance and attitude in my company. It will be very helpful to my family from my income too. I can buy groceries, some things for the child, and any other expenses in the household. I can interpret this for my future if I face any other hardships in the future.
c) Changing and Evaluating – The Final Stage of the Process

I will have to intervene very boldly and nicely to follow my future plan after I and my husband get a new job in the future. These also make me bolder and more upfront in making any decision-making in my future. Actions must speak louder in my situation because I have to overcome my family problems and everything.

In conclusion as normal human being, I will feel narrow and shattered but as a creative human being, we can be good decision-making people, lift ourselves, be good listeners, and carry out our work as written in each step to make the best future. Moreover being so constant and patient in handling our situation in every single second is worth proper investigations and handling.
