Apple Inc. established in April 1976 by its founder Steve Jobs with an aim to produce and sell electronic devices (including computers, laptops, phones & tablets) they have extended their services to both consumers and companies. Apple has become largest company in the USA and one of the top companies in the world.
Apple is one of several American technology companies that has gained a large amount of cash. It had $34.7 billion in the bank on June 30, 2015. This is making requests for higher company tax in the U.S.A where interest difference has become a major political issue. Apple is heavily dependent on lower-cost manufacturing in China Social. And the political change in China could disrupt manufacturing or increase manufacturing costs in that country. There have also been calls to reduce Chinese imports in the United States to boost American manufacturing.
Increased labor costs in China could take away the cost-benefit of some Apple products. Rotting middle-class incomes in some advanced countries, including the UAE, could shrink the possible market for higher-end consumer goods such as those marketed by Apple.
The biggest growth in consumer spending in the coming decades will be in areas of the world such as Africa where people are different from Apple products. Consumers in those markets and younger people in Apple’s organized markets, such as the UAE, need a strong emotional love for Apple products that drive sales. Apple’s close relationship with China could offend some likely customers in other regions, such as North America and Europe, especially if tensions with China rise.
Competitors such as Google and Samsung have shown a strong talent to copy Apple’s products and services. It took less than a year for Google to get a payment app; Android Pay, with the same abilities as Apple Pay. This means that many of Apple’s signature services and products are no longer unique. The growing skills of cybercriminals make Apple’s systems less safe and take away one of its strongest rival advantages: its name for high levels of security and safety. And that might affect apple lovers in the UAE to buy other products but with a cheaper price
News reports show that Apple is planning to enter another highly-regulated area: automobile production. Entering the auto business could increase managerial, support, and action costs at Apple. Apple depends on a variety of products related to mental business laws, such as software and music, for much of its profit. This leaves the company highly exposed to both piracy and action.
The biggest environmental problem facing Apple is the destruction of used or nonworking electronic devices. The price of placing devices, especially those containing lithium batteries, could be high. Apple could be required to assume that expense because of concerns about such devices in landfills. Pollution and other environmental side effects from manufacturing plants in China are a growing concern. This could lead to risen regulations and higher manufacturing costs at some point in the future.
